Processing Time
All orders are carefully filled and packaged within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods
Safe Packaging
Every order is wrapped in bubble cushioning and sealed inside a padded mailer. Bottles are capped and taped to prevent any leaks during transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page to check your status at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. Here is our straightforward return policy.
Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened, unused decants within 14 days of delivery. Because fragrances are personal items, opened decants cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — unless there is a quality issue.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong fragrance, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return

- 4Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened decants, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
